If it was me, and she was in my class er somethin. id catch her on the way out and ask if I could walk her to her locker. she'll know somethins up, just try and keep a friendly conversation going. her friends will clue in probly if your wALKING right next to her. ask her there if she would like to go on a date. And give her somethin nice like a candycane er something.

During a conversation tell her you want to talk to her alone for a second. Ask if she is interested in grabbing a drink at (insert cafe), ** has the best hot chocolate". This is even better, start off talking about this cafe and than ask her if she wants to go with you this Friday." You have to make sure you don't surprise her with the "Will you go out with me" comment because you don't want to throw her off.
haha, that's cute :) I dunno, I'm usually alone when I'm walking to class but it'd be hard to stop a person in the hallway, especially if it's crowded. At my school, we have like 10 minutes before class begins so if your school has a period like that and if you know her first class or where her locker is, you could go ask her out then. Or, you could even send her note to tell her to meet you somewhere by giving it to her friends or putting in her locker. I think putting your name on the note is a good idea, too.
I would just pull her aside, strike up a casual conversation, and see where that goes. Do that a couple times, and eventually she'll get used to talking to you alone. Then you can ask her, and she'll be used to being alone with you. (:

Well if your going to ask her out try texting her and telling her to meet you somewhere after class alone, not somewhere creepy that would turn her off but just tell her to meet you by, (example, the band room) or something. That's actually what I did and it worked, she turned me down but she met me there, lol so just give it a try and hopefully something will come of it.
