from stories I heard, yes. european girls are more likely into Asian guys than their american counterpart. american media has acquired a rep of racism against Asian guy, how much of ameircan white girls have been affected, I'm not sure.
traits I think would help is making conversation, flirty, being friendly and seeing what happens. I don't know what Asian country you are from and your native culture, but its OK to make friends with european girls. being boring as a robot , and shy are traits that are not gonna help you though.
