Do really wealthy guys care if the girl is poor?

Say you are wealthy or at least live comfortably, do you guys care if the girl that you are dating is poor? And by poor I don't mean like slumdog poor, but like always worried about money and not being able to do certain things because of money or not being able to afford a car and stuff.

as long as she is educated and enjoys her job. the only way you'll make it without a college degree is through good looks, and I would prefer a girl that has the potential to grow and have a conversation with above a 10th grade grammar level.

Id say I live comfortably but there are other determining factors. How "poor" are we talking? I live in a place where people shouldn't really be poor

so my answer is still no, its all about personality. If she has a great personality and happens to be poor, I don't care. Some people come from classy families and are poor. I care more about classiness

Poor meaning she doesn't come from a wealthy family or living comfortably. Say one of her parents is unemployed and sick so the only one that works is the other parent and say they do a simple job. The girl is forced to look after parents and bills and work for herself and it takes her much longer to go through college because she has to worry. She can't afford to take expensive trips or spend on things that normal comfortable living people or wealthy people would buy.

Nope, but I am intimidated by them. I tend to attract them and I have gone on dates with professionals, a guy that owned his own business, an engineer, accountant, a doctor, etc, but I always think they're too good for me and that I don't have anything to offer. I feel like they think less of me and I am embarrased to talk about my family situation.

Well you shouldn't have that feeling. The amount of money you make doesn't define you. As long as you are doing your best to live a good life and be a better person it shouldn't matter.

When I said classy, I meant elegance, modesty, good taste and style. I know that some of these things come with money but not always. You can have great taste without being rich. Just look for the finer things in life.
