Why do some girls act so rude towards me when they actually like me?

I remember at my old work, this girl liked me (it was a "secret" at the time though) but she'd say some really bad things to/about me. Much, much later we started dating and she eventually told me something like "I was mean to you because I realized that I was starting to like you and since I had a boyfriend at the time I was trying to convince myself to not like you"

Well, that makes sense (sorta...) but then there are these other girls and it confuses me:

Another one I worked with would be nice to me to my face. Whenever things got bad at work and my boss complained, she would completely blame it on me. I was never a bad worker and she ended up getting fired, not me, because it really wasn't my fault it was her. She still blamed it on me. She often made it clear that she had a crush on me and I later found out through others that she did. Why would she blame shit on me if she liked me

some girls don't know how to deal with their feelings. For me, I'm just flirty with someone I like. I remember that one of my friends was actually kind of mean to the guy she liked. She used to make fun of him ( joking of course) but sometimes it got a little carried away. They both would start calling each other names and make fun of eachother,

It's just a way to deal with their feelings buddy...its defferent with every person. But I'm sorry you got put through stuff at your work. The chick who blamed everything on you probably wanted to see if you would take the blame and see if you cared about her. ( in this case not getting in trouble) either that...or she just wanted to take advantage of you. Hope that helped ! : )

That’s just something a girl does when she can’t handle her feelings for a man.. to me girls act very childish and often throw tantrums lol. get used to it buddy ;)
