Guys are attracted to her personality. She's a beautiful woman who doesn't flaunt it. She's got class, and guys want the girl who's classy in public, that they can show off on a night out and make everyone jealous without having to resort to miniskirts and tube tops, knowing all the while that she's got a secret dirty side only he gets to see when they get home.
That last part is pure speculation, but a guy can dream can't he.
Physical looks don't make someone desirable, I just wish more girls in north America understood that.
I think she has a very pretty face actually, and that's why I find her attractive. Plus I like her personality and she's British! Gotta love that accent. She's always been cute for me.
It probably has to do with the Harry Potter movies, and how certain age groups of guys grew up with crushes on her.

She is a natural beauty..but she is a bit bland in features imo. But none the less still beautiful. What I mean is that I see girls who look like her very often. Nothing sparks my eye of her appearance.
Personally I don't get the major 'Oh my God uber attractive thing' but I think she looks wonderful, at least for how thin she is. I don't get why a load of guys here seem to be really put off by her hair, though, I think she looks lovely with a pixie cut

I assume most people like her because of the HP movies, growing up with them and probably having a crush on her from an early age.
However as someone not particularly fond of HP, nor paying attention to the Emma banter, I'd say she looks average and not particularly alluring.
Well I'm a huge Harry Potter fan. She's also good looking, so I'm sure that's one of the reasons guys find her attractive. She also looks like she has class and I love British accents. Basically, it's a combination of what every guy said.
Accent, the whole "before" and "after" thing (look at her about 5 years ago then now) she's got a cool style, nice smile. She isn't slutty. I find her attractive but I don't know why, the complete package I guess

She just is attractive to me, I can't really explain why if you think someone is attractive they just are. As for what you think of her everyone has a different opinion on who is attractive, so it's no big deal.
Maybe the prudish thing works for her. I know that there is this misconception that guys just want sluts, but that is certainly not the case for all guys, or even a majority.
Above-average face + skinny and a good personality is a lot.

She's really not that attractive. Her looks are vastly over-enhanced by her makeup artists and flattering editing. There's also the fact that Hermione in the books was pretty damn plain, if even a bit unattractive, so the fact that her actress was average to above average made some dudes go crazy about her. I seriously wouldn't date her if given the chance, since her personality would drive me up the wall.
She's beautiful, has a great smile, she's a bit of a firecracker, she's not afraid to stand up for what she believes in. Now if she'd grow that hair back out, I'd be really stoked. At least that's the way I see it.
She's French, born in Paris. Any girl that's "exotic" or..from another country, is going to be seen as "extra" pretty. Just as women are with foreign men, it's the same with men and foreign women

I guess because they realize that, celebrity status aside, Emma Watson would be easier to get than a woman like Natalie Portman or Scarlett Johansson.
