I have 31 outstanding. If I don't know the person adding me.. It's an instant decline. People who I know but are not close with.. They sit in my pending list until I need to get in contact with them, for example.. a person from high school that I never talked to or hung out with.. they will just sit in pending until we throw a reunion where they need to be contacted lol Family and people I see often and hang with often are immediate. The option is public to send me mail.. I have a lot of family I haven't met yet, otherwise my messaging system would be on complete lockdown from outsiders. People should be weary who they add to their FB pages.

Depends on who its from really. If it's from some random person I don't know...Delete lol, someone I knew from the past who I like- friend, someone from the past I dislike...delete. Someone you know like those girls you knew in hs (lol I don't know if this applies to you lolz) but you know they knew you and never friended you in hs and were kind of mean to you but you were friends with their friends and they rave about you and your funny posts so then she wants to jump up and friend you...delete...or just wait like a month or two or whenever I feel like it to friend lol. Friends or friendly acquaintances-friend.

Ugh. I HATE social games. If you want to be friends with someone, BE FRIENDS WITH THEM! If someone wants to be friends with you, GIVE THEM A CHANCE! It doesn't make you cool if you wait. You just make someone feel insecure and sad. If you have time, you want to know them than except it right then and there. Playing hard to get or cool guy is just LAME. Get over yourself, put yourself out there, and be REAL.

It is the other way around for me. I don't know why someone would get on one day post some stuff and ignore the request. Then, accept it a few days later.

If I know the person and like them then straight away. If know the person but don't like them or I don't thd person at all, I reject straight away. Waiting for a few days or a week is like getting a text from someone but deliberately delaying the reply for days. Yep, pointless.

if I know them, I'll accept it immediately. If I know them but I don't like them, I might leave it alone for a while before denying it. if I don't know them, whenever I feel like getting to it.

Depends on the person. If it's a friend of mine it will be in no time. However I have a "waiting room" of like 8 people who I have not conformed or denied in like 3 months, just because I am unsure if I want to be their Facebook friend. Strangers are auto-declines.

I picked E. Most of the time I'll friend right away but if a coworker, certain family members, or brief aquaintences send a request I debate if I want to add them or not. Also I need to rescan my profile to double check if I should hide any posts, pictures, etc from them.

"A" if I know and like the person. If I don't know them I won't accept it unless a few good friends know them and tell me they're OK. And if I know them, but don't like them I may or may not accept it and I'd probably leave it for a few weeks or months or more.

Most often it's right away. However, this guy who used to be my friend, added me and I haven't accepted it for a few months now. Never got around to deleting it. I haven't added him because he dated my friend, cheated on her with my other friend, took that girl's virginity, then dumped her for a 15 year old (he's 19) and has since taken her virginity. On top of all that, he flirts with everyone. I just got sick of that drama and don't want to talk to him ever again lol.

Within a week. I don't go on every day. But at least once a week I go on. Then as soon as I see the request I'll accept it.

Yes, there is a deeper meaning to that. It means that person is retarded and thinks too highly of themselves to consider you a true friend so hesitates to add you... then a couple days later gets over it and thinks of it as blah and adds you. Simple. All this Facebook stuff is pathetic in most cases.
