Well I mean my mind always changes. Like right now there's this friend of mine that I really like but I can't do anything about it since I had already set the friends boundary and I know he likes me too but I already to him EVERYTHING about me. I mean he knows what kind of guys I like, what I've done in the past, everything. And I wouldn't feel comfortable getting closer to him even though I do like him
But normally I talk about other guys around that guy like if a guy walks past I'll say something like "he's so hot" or I'll mention to him that I like someone. Even if it's not true it throws him off a little. I know it's mean but it lets him know I'm not into him
Some girls don't look at flirting as playing with a guy's feelings. Flirtation is just flirtation, nothing is promised. If her flirts are not backed up by actions she may not feel like she's leading you on. Perhaps she is just enjoying the attention you give her.
If I have a guy friend I personally wouldn't flirt heavy with him if I wasn't somewhat interested in him. Or I would mention other guys.

some girls like you at first ,but as they get to know you their feelings might change. if I don't like a guy I'll let him know and if he's cool I'll ask if he wants to be friends. just because a few women are evil lying sluts doesn't meal they all are.
