I got my Instagram at like 11 but I was very responsible. I never posted pictures of myself, I had a private account, and I only accepted really close friends. I think that if the child is responsible, 11 is a fair age. I feel like the limits now are okay. It's the kids who are lacking common sense, no one else.
I think 15 .. because 13 and 14 still seem a little bit too young for me. At this age I believe they know the basics, dont talk to strangers, are smart thinkers, basically more evolved and knowledgeable because there are a lot of grown men and women who do take advantage of young children/people alike.
I had social media before I was old enough but I wasn't a ruthless child so I didn't post any crazy shit but the internet can be pretty harsh so I'd say like 13/14

I think 13 is a good age. WhatsApp seems a bit pointless to be higher.

I don't think that children should be allowed online. PERIOD. I think the internet should be available to only people 18 or above.

Kids are awful. They are all over the internet. Even in business. They destroy the place.
They're not getting that stuff until they get phones. Even then, I'm going to follow them and monitor their activity.

What? Does whatsapp have an age restriction? Where I live everyone has it. Well, I think that it's too easy to lie about age and there can't be any control about those things.
16, honestly. But children are still going to lie about their age regardless of what the restrictions are.
My nephews have Youtube and want to publish videos and they aren't even at the age to have a Youtube account. I am glad that they aren't into Twitter or Facebook yet though maybe when they get into middle school or highschool.
It's up to the parent. We don't need a regularized law.

Not an age limit but there should be an importance level limit or an intellect level. If your a nobody you shouldn't have one or if your IQ is this low you can't have one.
