Dear Americans,

So Trump won. This is now the reality we live in. Some people will be happy they got who they voted for. To these people - congratulations and good for you. Rest easy, this take isn't about you.

As for the rest of you....

First of all - to all those who didn't vote?!? You have no right to complain. How many of your fellow countrymen and ancestors have died for the sake of your voting rights? How many American soldiers' lives have been spent on spreading and upholding democracy and freedom around the world? To take this gift they have given you at the cost of their lives and throw it away as if it's nothing? Fuck you.

Now for you Hillary supporters. What the hell is with this crying and protesting and rally bullshit? You love America, right? You love democracy, right? Well, this is what happens in a democracy - dumbass racists get the same vote as you. If you choose to live with the privilege of American Exceptionalism, then accepting this outcome is the price that you must pay. To be all smug and comfortable when you're leading in the polls, but then cry and protest when you don't win? You're just being a hypocrite throwing tantrums like a baby.
