I'm just asking out of curiosity. I personally think RiceGum didn't do anything wrong. Alabama posted those images publicly on Instagram, and people have the right to say what they want. Sure, those comments telling her to kill herself would be cyber bullying, but RiceGum can't tell people what to comment. There was no copyright infringement made, and if you post a selfie, not everyone is going to think your heavy make-up is pretty and totally appropriate for your age. Especially if you pose by sticking out your booty when you just turned ten. If anything, her parents threatened RiceGum, since her father told him he will find him and go to his house.
