A: You'll definitely see results, especially if it's a big change from your current diet/exercise plan. I'm not sure how much you'll slim down (that depends on current weight, etc.). But if you actually do what you say you're going to, it'd be impossible not to see noticeable results. |

A: Changes in diet and exercise (resulting in weight loss or gain) can alter the schedule of your period. For example, when I started running everyday, I didn't get my period for about 3 months. However, I'm not sure that you'll see results in such short notice. There is also always birth control. |
