Hi guys! My name's Katia and I love sports related activities. Since I was active my whole life I soon started working as a personal trainer. While working as a PT it was very rewarding to see people work hard and see them achieve their goals. But as I worked at the gym I also got to deal with lots of people having previous injuries, which would then push me to research further activities that would "rehabilitate" these people back to normal. This idea made me consider becoming a physiotherapist. I'm currently studying to become a physio. :) Some of the things I enjoy: running, biking, rockclimbing, soccer, snowboarding, skydiving, skating, and more!
