A: Somewhere it is suggested about eating something light (a few carrots, a yogurt, etc.) every 2 or 3 hours during the day. It spreads it out so your body will not store it as fat. Not sure if that works. I eat near 4000 calories a day but I'm pretty active. (and only 170 lbs) |
