What can i tell you.
I've been to hell and back, especially with relationships. So many abusive girls. So many cheating whores. One crazy bitch who sent thugs after me when she thought I was cheating. It for the longest time turned me into a cynical sarcastic self loathing paranoid untrusting misanthropic misogynistic bastard. Fast forward a couple of years later and I end up dating my best friend. A couple years more and you'll find I've been dating her a couple years now, and you'll see that she's also done an excellent job of working out alot of my own personal baggage.
These days I'm a pretty laid back dude with alot of experience in alot of crazy areas of expertise. When i found out about this place i thought 'what the heck, maybe I'll have fun with it' and so here i am. I'm a pacifist but I've seen my good share of violence, and I still hate it. One time I beat the holy hell out of a guy to stop him from dragging a GF i had into the streets, and i still felt horrible for it. I like moves. In fact I'm a gigantic film buff. Television. Also something i know alot about. Out of the two above mentioned subjects i like watching them both to a great extent and i tend to know alot about who wrote what and how starred in what and when, and I rather enjoy watching nearly anything. Be it something artsy that i get to critique or something where i turn my brain off and watch people get shot or watch things explode.
I'm into sports though sadly I'm not very good at many of them except at football (and only if you just tell me where to run and what to do) And any sport with a racket, but my favourite sport is one i am not good at; Basketball.
I'm huge into comic books. but considering the stuff that is coming out these days I'm a little surprised that more people aren't getting into it too. Especially with some of the comics to film adaptations that have been made in the last year like, Sin City, Dark Knight, Road to Perdition, History of Violence, Iron Man, 300, Constantine. See what i mean about being a comic book geek? I love listening to music, going to concerts, listening to stuff out of the indie scene. My music taste is vast and rather eclectic. Rock, metal, hip hop, jazz, blues, opera, classical, R/B, hatever. I play video games, i play City of Heroes, Champions online, and a friggin' ton of games on Steam.
Anyway about me and my personality. I'm an open book and i don't get embarrassed easily. I'm honest, direct, and to the point most of the time and alot of people will find that to be a quality that can get quite infuriating. You may not think so reading this, but the simple fact of the matter is.. Truth hurts. I'm a good cook. I'm fun and friendly and greatly enjoy a good conversation. I like to help people in any way possible even if that help might seem unpleasant. I love animals and my GF tells me all the time that i need a pet.
That's a little bit of me in a nutshell. Let's see how long I last here.
