Going just for looks.

I always here girls say that they want a guy with a great personality, and that they want him to be nice, honest, intelligent and loving to name a few qualities they say. They say that looks are not that important to them and that other qualities are much more important than looks. The thing is though in my opinion I notice thing to be much different than what I hear the girls say they want. What I notice is that girls always seem to go for the "good looking" guys and they pay little to not attention to average or maybe even not so good looking guys. Sometimes they guys they go for lack personality traits that that most girls and women say they want in a guy. I am not the best looking guy I am not going to lie. I feel like girls really do not seem interested in me and I wonder why. I am a nice guy. I am a smart guy I got a 3.83 last semester of college and I made the Deans list. I show respect to other people. I am however a quiet guy much may appear as a flaw to girls in general but the thing is I never really see girls looking at me or I never see girls that seem interested in me. I always see girls go for the guys who are honestly jerks. Sometimes these guys the girls go for are horrible. Some guys can't even show respect to a girl but girls still go for them. The question is why do girls say they want one thing but then try and pursue another. I really just wish that girls in general would think about the personality of a guy they are hanging out with before they commit to them because it seems that too many girls get horrible guys. I wish the girls would go for the kinds of guys they say they want, the nice, intelligent, and loving guys.
