I work in Washington, DC as a GS employee in the Federal Government. I also served many years in, and retired from, the U.S. Army. I am originally from PA, born and raised! I enjoy quiet times at home, and spend alot of time on-line. I enjoy dining out, movies, and reading. I also enjoy visiting historical sites, like the monuments here in DC. Just a quick note about my name.....its not my ego, or my bragging about being a good lover! (LOL) I have a sweet Peach-faced Lovebird (parrot) named Sammy here, who thinks I'm her mate! She is 11 years old, and was my daughter's bird until she bonded to me. My daughter gave her to me to keep me company here in DC! I use the bird name as my username! Thanks for visiting my profile!
