I'm Yaya. I grew up in NYC, but I live in Maryland. My family is from the Caribbean, but we have ancestry from Angola, Sierra Leone, Sweden, Wales and England. I went to boarding school for four years and absolutely loved it. I'm a sophomore in college and I'm an Anthropology major, Korean minor. I'd love to do something with Criminology someday, or maybe be a translator.
I love dancing, acting, going to concerts, shopping, writing and reading fiction. I absolutely love all types of music, but my favorite artists are Alice in Chains, HIM, Linkin Park, DJ Tiesto & The Mediaeval Baebes.
I'm a really big geek and quite proud of it. I love Science Fiction and anything related to Astronomy. I sometimes read history textbooks for fun.
