How to get rid of stubborn belly fat?
Okay, I am incredibly frustrated at the moment. I have recently undergone a huge weight loss program and am now in the most active shape of my life. Everything is well except my belly fat. I feel like every other area on my body is well shaped except my midsection. It's frustrating and I am completely lost.
Let me assure you that I do not eat crap food. I stick to fruit, vegetables, high protein, and over all a well-balanced diet. I have also included organic teas into my diet in hopes to combat the stubborn fat around my belly. Also, I workout 5-6 times a week. So I hope you can understand my frustration.
I was wondering if anyone out there has this same issue (men or women)? Does anyone know what I can do different to see faster/better results? Please don't hesitate to offer ANY advice. If you have any ideas or information on the type of food I can eat, the type of cardio and exercise I can do or even medical options I can try, please let me know. THANKS!
