I haven't had meat or dairy in about 2 years. I eat fish a couple times or less a month, so technically I'd be pescatrian, but usually vegetarian.
Protein from chickpeas, beans, nuts, seads, grains, vegetables, pea protien powder. Dont even really pay attention to my intake, and seem to function fine and have good blood work.

Im not a vegetarian but im curious: What inspired you to become a vegetarian? Or in other words, what is your driving force behind vegetarian eating? Im not against you guys at all, im just curious. Pls comment :)
I've been vegan for over a year now, and protein is one of the easiest nutrients to get, in my opinion. Quinoa, beans, nuts, seeds... Even greens pack the protein! It's seriously such a non issue. Plant protein is much more readily available for the body to use anyway.
Soy products, a lot of nuts and seeds. One important one is quinoa and I will sometimes eat insects, like the following ones:

I've been vegetarian for 17 years...there is protein in fruits/vegis...there are also nuts, legumes...just about everything...I've never had an issue with not getting enough protein.
Legumes (lots of beans), tempeh and tofu, nuts and seeds, and whole grains.
Anti-vegetarians ask me this all the time, which is funny because there are PLENTY of plant-based protein sources.Soy based foods and legumes are my main protein sourches, but of course there are many more.
I have been a vegetarian for almost 20 years and a vegan for about 3 years now.I've been a vegetarian for about 7 years now. I eat edamame, soy protein, nuts, eggs and hemp proteins.
Quinoa and seeds plus all you mentioned. I've been vegetarian for over 7 years.
