Frankly breast size isn't that damned important, so I don't know why anyone feels it's important to get breast implants. Fake breasts always look fake. Maybe not at first glance but the more she moves, the more obvious it gets. It's even more obvious when she's naked. So really you're only fooling the morons, and all over an issue that as I already stated, just plainly isn't important.
Small breasts are nice too. I dated a girl who was an A-Cup, and she never stopped obsessing over it. I thought they were nice. Kinda cute. Fun to play with. Still she wouldn't stop talking about how bad she thought she looked, and how they should be bigger, and how she wanted to get implants. Seriously the whole thing just made her look pathetic, because she couldn't stop obsessing. That kinda self deprecating crap was just unattractive. Girl needed self esteem.
I'm just saying it here. Natural is better, but if you or some girl decides she wants to get implants I'm betting there isn't a damned thing a guy can say or do to convince her otherwise. Still I'm going on record that it doesn't matter, and you girls wanting to do it, just need a proper self esteem booster.

Some small amount of breast implants still look decent when the girl is topless. Most of them don't, but some do. Of those, they rarely feel like normal boobs. But it's not just the look and the feel, those are very important, but it's also the idea. A bag of goo is not a boob. What's the point of keeping fit, spending money on clothes, and keeping the apartment clean if what I want is a bag of goo. I could get a ziploc baggie and fill it with hair gel and give that a squeeze. I don't feel any attraction towards fake breasts or girls who have them. I will not watch p*rn featuring fake breasts. I have lost interest because of fake breasts. As far as I'm concerned, augmented breasts are not breasts. If they have been lifted or reduced that's one thing, but once they have something in them that isn't supposed to be there, I'm done with them.
My Boyfriend likes natural. I am slim and was very flat chested. I decided to get fake. they are a nice C. not too big for me. my boyfriend was all for it. although they look nice, they don't feel great, and during sex my partner no longer feels them, he will never admit it but I know he liked them better before.

I think the potential health risks of implants through scarring and infection are still too great for me to go through with it, even though I would like one size larger breasts.

Sign Up Now!I guess implants are designed to give the "perfect" shape which leads a lot of girls into going under the knife unnecessarily (the bad side of implants), but if the decision is well thought through and in the girl's best interest then sure it can be the right way to go. personally, while attracted to to the look of proportionally implanted breasts over flatter, more natural ones, natural have a more desirable feel to them; I'm fine with either type, so long as the girl's happy with them.
Breast implants are yet another one of those signs that show the sad state of affairs that people think that it's OK to be fake. Often smaller breast have a better shape than big ones. Fake things always look fake. Concern about breast size is often a sign of low self esteem that won't go away with breast implants.
They are a deal breaker. I would prefer nipples on zero-cup breasts.

Natural...flat-chested is fine with me and I would hate implants.
I don't like them, but if I had a girlfriend who was insecure about it, I would support her decision. I would try vigilantly to make her feel beautiful without them, but I know some girls just can't get over it.

I would prefer a girl to be ALL NATURAL! I am not a big fan of breast implants because it takes away from the natural feel and texture of the boobs. I guess if a girl was really flat chested or had some sort of deformed or mishapen breast, it would be cool. But to get them because you have a B cup and want a D cup is silly to me.
Implants are mostly non-biodegradable,when I die if I do implants technically my body will not decompose properly, so yeah I don't want to insert any non-biodegradable things into my body.Different people different opinions.
This is a personal struggle that you should do for you and not to change what others think of you; if you find someone, and they truly love you, they should not care about something as shallow as breast size.
My girlfriend wears small B cup size. And is so unhappy with it that she always tries to hide her breasts or thinks about surgery, It makes me angry when she thinks like that because it makes me feel like she thinks I only love her for her body and leaves me questioning if she would love me if I didn't have good features.
It is all about doing it for you, if you want larger breasts for a job, go ahead. But if you do it, then do it for you and not for what others think.
It's a tough one. Big, firm natural breasts are of course, the best. But they're also pretty rare and only last so long! Unfortunately, implants usually look pretty off, so a lot of even flatter girls are better off without them. Especially when they get naked which is when it matters the most. The unfortunate truth is that the best implant jobs are on girls who were already busty enough that their natural boobs cover the implant well so it looks and feels natural and amazing. Malene Espensen is a classic example of a girl who looked great with big naturals and looks even better with the implants.
if the girl is basically flat (like AA or A) cup then she should definitely get them or if her breasts are awkwardly shaped then she should get them to fix them. However, if the breasts are average sized you shouldn't get them because you run the risk of them appearing fake which is never appealing to guys.
I much prefer natural. Doesn't matter at all if she's flat. All I ask of girls is that they're on the thin side.
