I don't want to be his FWB, and now he is gone for good!?

My ex and I dated after we broke up since February, however he has called it off MANY times because I overthink.
I wish I could stop but the unstable situation of our relationship makes me anxious.
The other day he invited me over, we cuddled on the lounge, had dinner, showered together and then i slept over, it was perfect.
After a few days of not hearing from him i mentioned something.
It turned into a HUGE blowup basically with him saying everything was over and we should stop being in each others lives. The worst thing was that he said we were 'friends who had dinner and sex'. That has really got to me.
What do I do now?

  • Move on or relinquish all previous emotional attachment and simple enjoy the booty call. There you have it.

  • The only thing to do is take this as a learning process and move on from him.
