without thinking about, leave your house and just take a long walk/drive. that's what I would do0
Build a bridge and get over it.
-Delete the person off of all social media sites.
-Delete the persons phone number.
-Discard photos of that person
-Lock away or throw away things gifted to you from this person
At this very fragile state , you do not want any reminders of this person as it can reignite feelings you are trying to get past.
-Listen to uplifting music.
-Allow yourself to go through the variety of emotions you will be feeling during this time.
-When you find yourself thinking about the hurt or pain. Do something positive that will take your mind off of that hurt.
-Allow yourself time to get over the break up (it is inevitably what heals all wounds).
You will grow stronger eventually.
Distract yourself and give yourself time to heal.
