Track practice: my legs are sore?

OK so yesterday I had track practice and it was my fist day the next mourning (today) my legs are really sore I can hardly move I know that the cause of this is lactic acid build up and know that it comes after an intense work out so does anyone know how to make my legs less sore because I wanna be ready for practice tomorrow and not be tired... thanks

  • icing and and stretching should help. Massage the legs it helps the latic acid start moving.
