Let's pretend we have a computer. A supercomputer, as insane as it can get. Let's say this computer knows the state of every particle in the universe in the present. Usung the laws of physics (which we know) it would be able to calculate with pinpoint precision where every particle is the next 1/10000th of a second, for instance. Knowing this, it would then ve avle to calculate the state of every particle in the followung 1/10000th of a second, and so on, effectively predicting the future.
So, what do you think - is the future determined already, or not?

Nah, there is not fate0

But you cannot know the exact state of every particle (Heisenberg's uncertainty principle) so you can only predict a probability, not exact outcome.
I don't believe life is predetermined.1
