  • Identity the problem, and find the steps to fix it. Staying up till 1'O clock can cause less sleep which will make you irritable and angry. Maybe taking a night off and finding somewhere else to sleep for the night would help. A counselor might help, but you both have to agree on it.

  • dont go to sleep angry, i lost my girlfriend last year we were together almost 5 years the first 2 were hard we fought quite a bit but eventually we took time to figure the problems out and pause before you say something that might hurt the other person talk it out dont just leave it unresolved it will make you grow closer if you both can do it
