It takes a LOT of energy to hang on to someone who's no longer in your life. You must have a lot to burn. At some point you need to realize you can't have them. You're going forward in time but you're facing backwards looking for what was and won't be.
Start by focusing on yourself. What can you learn from the relationship? What did you do wrong and what can you change/improve. What do you plan on doing for your future? Make a plan, and start executing it. You'll never get anywhere unless you take that first step.
You'll nevet forget them, but your mind and focus will be on different things that have stronger meaning for you.0

Distancing yourself from the person will really help to get your mind off of them... also let your friends know how you're feeling they can help distract you and make you realize that life isn't only about guys, especially when you probably have some amazing girlies by your side! Plus if the guy played with your emotions and made you like him but then refused you... was he really worth it? It's hard to think that way especially when you really liked the guy, but sometimes questioning either his or your motives can really help you view the situation more clearly and through different lenses! Good luck my dear and I'm sure things will get better!!!0
