Is there really a soul mate out there for everyone?

Curious to know what people think about this...

BTW... I believe in soul-mates, but I don't think that there just one other person in the world. I think there are several. But that's just me...

  • If there is one person out there for me, then I have about 1 chance out of about 6.7 billion (3.35-ish if we cut it down to females only, and that's before factoring age and other variables for screening). I don't know about you, but I really don't like those odds.

  • The idea of one "soul-mate" is crap and an excuse people use to justify having insane expectations from the opposite sex.

A relationship is about what you put in, not finding one magical person that mystically works perfectly with no effort.

  • I don't think so, but I wouldn't mind being wrong.

    • I don't believe in souls, so I'm afraid soul-mates are lost on me too :p
