Take care, girl! I read your update, sorry to hear that you are going through tough time of your life. Myself is going through different kind of tough time, I need support too, but, leaving the douchebag behind will help us travel light.You should be proud of yourself that you have standard of relationship, and you should always guard your standard and not let him or anyone else to push your boundary.
I suggest a good book, calm but good music and a hot chocolate and eating vegetable soup in between.Alternativly spend time with a friend and a movie, ice cream might be viable then unlike when you're alone.Basically don't allow that cold hard knot in your belly to stay there but focus on other things and give your brain the stimulation that it needs to get over this.A warm fluid in your belly has a positive effect on your mood and helps deal with that hard knot I mentioned.But it needs to contain nutrients to stay in your belly instead of moving on to your intestines right away.Something else that might also work is physical activity, going to the gym for instance.Ideally with a friend or with some good music on your ear.
