How do you get yourself back on track after breakup?

I just came out of a relationship about a month or so ago, we were together for a year but been on and off since 2016 she's done heaps of bad things that have crushed and scared me and my ability to trust anyone again, it's been 3 years since I've know her and we've been through heaps in that time but she was making no effort to get her life were it should be (no job, no car, no nothing) so I had to end it, it was the hardest thing I ever had to do but I still partially love her even after everything and I still miss her and think of her but I can't go back to her again, I don't really have many friends to talk to and my motivation for anything I like doing have dropped to nothing over the last year or so, what should I do to try and get myself where I want it to be, anxiety and depression have set in and it's hard to cope with it, I just want to be happy again..
