How do I overcome depression after separating in a long-term relationship?

I genuinely don't know what to do anymore, I can't remember single life and I'm scared, depressed and constantly have her on my mind... It was my first relationship, we were together since I was 20 and its been 5 years, I honestly don't know what to do and I've never felt this bad before. Nobody warns you how bad this will hurt or how bad you might feel afterwards...

Does anyone have any advice how I can start to overcome this? I really don't know what to do.
