Depending on the circumstances, maybe he didn't want to. For instance, if it was due to long distance and his family and friends were giving him shit and making him realize that y'all might not see each other again, he might not have wanted to. If he found out that she cheated on him, but didn't want to let her know, he'd leave her to avoid drama and unnecessary heartache while wondering why he wasn't good enough. If it's because he saw someone else who interested him, so he breaks up with number 1 for number 2, then number 2 dumps him, he'd wonder why he dumped the 1st in the first place. These are some pessimistic perspectives, but these are the only examples that I can provide as of right now that are fairly common in my experience. (Some personal, some not.) I hope this helps!
It isn't strange for two people who separate for any reason to hurt.
You feel bad because you wasted your time and it's a failed relationship. You have buyer's remorse.
yes. how do i overcome this? i feel a fool for liking him when he didn't want me
Because he invested a lot of time and energy into the relationship maybe?
he didn't care that much.
Sometimes you sacrifice things you like it makes one sad it would fit with the description you have given
maybe someone made him do it you should ask him or maybe he felt he needed to break up, ask him.
he said he doesn't have time and wants to spend it with his relatives and work
He has a bigger reason that he's not telling you.
Because guys have compassion towards other people
thought only female were like that?
