To be honest I’m that way too. It’s honestly just easier to put up an emotional walk because sometimes you’re just over the BS. Or maybe you’re scared of them ending it first so you hop on it. Sometimes it’s just too much emotionally and you can’t handle it. I’d dig deeper to find out why, it could’ve been a singular instance where you maybe felt invalidated and ever since you just don’t feel like you’ll be heard. Or maybe it was many. Maybe you have anxiety when it comes to that, may feel like the person doesn’t actually care. There could be many reasons, and you probably have an inkling about what it is. You might just need to admit to yourself the reason you do this. It’s corny but acknowledgement really is the first step.
You'd prefer not to deal with conflict and want to stay in good terms with everyone! Sometimes you may feel so angry about the argument that you dont want to burst out over something that'll more than likely be forgotten. Would you prefer for the problem to naturally go away or would rather tackle it head on but aren't able to since you shut down so quickly?
I would just wanna end the whole entire friendship at the moment in every argument
Is it because you dislike having arguments with them? Try to think about why you shut down when this happens. Arguments will happen from time to time and it's important to know how to handle them because leaving them hanging is never a good thing.
Because you have yet to learn how to argue logically and presumably therefore go into a sulk. I know a number of people that do that even in their sixties.

Just dont like arguments. Well ones based on opinions. I have mine, u have urs. Dont talk down to me or make me feel like im wrong for having an opinio.
