Keep yourself busy and with time it will hurt less and less. I don’t think you will ever be able to forget them, but you can live for them. Try to accomplish something with your life and move on
The five stages of grief are denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. they all take awhile, but eventually you get there... just make sure you hold onto the happy memories and not the pain to remember them
