Focus on yourself. Get back to who you were, or make yourself into something new. Even if you're not feeling it, fake it until you make it. Go have fun, hit the gym, try some new hobbies, reconnect with friends, etc. And then find someone better when you're ready. After a while your old partner will be old news.
