I stay active, play football, basketball, run occasionally, work out, and other stuff. I went on vacation for about 9 days and I just got back today, and I have a basketball game with my friends and a football game as well this week. I am going all out to get back in shape, unless 9 days isn't really enough to get out of shape? I just hope I am ready to go for the games.
How can I get back in shape?

you'll be fine maybe jog a bit and make sure to stretch0
your body will not become out of shape after just 9 days, unless you loaded up with extremely fatty fried foods or alcohol. its takes your body approximatly 2 weeks for your muscles to even show signs of weakness. don't worry you will be fine0
