  • Emotional distress I guess you could call it, yes. My priorities made a significant shift, and I dyed my hair.. Does that count, even if it has nothing to do with heartbreak?

  • 14 years ago, I chopped my long hair, so my ex wouldn't like it. But I cut off my nose, to spite my face. The ex, liked my new look.

  • Yes, I had hair down to the middle of my back, I was a bit scrawny. After my first true heartbreak, I Shaved my head as low as my clippers would allow and worked out until I looked like a moron on steroids, it was a phase that passed, now I don't truly get heartbroken, because I expect so little out of others

    • Long term, I aged well before my time. I will likely die before 70.

  • Oh, definitely. I cut like 10 inches of hair off, dyed it, replaced contacts with glasses, and changed my style.
