Can exercise alone make you thin?

So, I weigh 63kg which is about 140 lbs and I’m a female 17 yo, 5ft7 or 1.70 cm
I want to lose weight FAST, I want to get to 47/50 (I’ll see which one I prefer but I carry a lot of fat on my hips, thighs, arms and lower back. I know 47 kg is kinda low but if I get to like 50 and I’m fine with it then I’ll stick to that. (I have never been 47 kg at this height) yes, I like the model kind of type body. People are allowed to like curvy or skinny.
Anyway, but I don’t want to starve myself or stuff like that. Do you think if I eat around 1.600 (im not sure about that, recommend me something better) calories and walk a lot everyday (I’m used to walking 15 km/9.3 miles). Id be able to lose that weight by summer?
