In my case, lucky enough to choose the right ONE. Never dated before my girlfriend, probably won't date anyone else. I mean after over 3 years and no fights, what can go wrong? Even more amazing was that there was never more than a 50% chance I would ask her out. There's another girl I was seriously considering.
It means you 2 value love and respect each other. Very few couples are like you.
I'm lucky enough to not have any experience of couples not like that. My parents are the same way. I know what their relationship is like, and that's what I wanted in the person I married. Neither of my parents were the first for each other. I didn't expect my girlfriend to be the right one. It seems she was, but neither of us started the relationship expecting it. I guess it helps that we decided that we'd be true to ourselves from the start, so if it didn't work out we'd know early on.

Emotional baggage isn't necessary, it's just something your mind creates to remind you of the messups and the ways you went wrong, it's like stress, if you navigate through it consciously and understand what you're doing (and maybe why) you might turn out okay. : )

I want to burn from the desire while dating him. I don't want my fire to lose its power and sex become dull. Sex should be wanted and desired and not just physical contact.
@marish01 once you find the right one for you the fire is up to you guys keeping it burning doing special things for each other not just to let them know you love them but let them know you crave them have date nights try testing each other’s limits in the bedroom and be sure to pick a man that has the same kind of fire for you as you for him. You seem like a special lady and I respect your ideas on relationships just know your worth and be sure he’s worthy
