Is closure always necessary?

Often, it's life that separates us; we don't have unresolvable conflicts, but we'[re forced to separate, probably forever, by our life course, by what's happened in our past...

Do we need to say goodbye? Do we need an explanation from each other? Or can we acccept and move on, hoping probably, that fate will bring us back together?

  • I believe in closure. When I go through something I want to learn from it, but closure in a nice mature way

  • You can completely move on even without closure. If requires more time though and that's all closure does, shorten that time.

  • It's nice but not totally necessary for me that is, I pretty much know what went wrong because I was present to see it happen. But, don't get me wrong if my partner needed it I am cool with going over it in mature way.

  • Hopefully not, because you rarely get closure in life.

  • It should be but we all know that life is not perfect...

Sometimes you have to let it be even if it hurts
