Girls, should I continue to pursue a girl who isn't allowed to date?

I fell hard for a girl at work. Not only is she beautiful but most imporantly she has a great personality and is so humble, so different from other people I've met.

She still lives with her parents who are both very conservative, from what she's told me they've only been in the United States for about 9 months.

Taking the chance I asked her to go out together sometime and she told me her parents would never allow it. I respect that.

It kind of shocked me but didn't totally surprise me, we both like each other but I don't know what to do now. I never thought I'd feel this way but I'm kind of sad we can't see each other outside of work.

What should I do?
