many... first, run, i mean go outside and run a lot, until you feel extremely tired, then go home drink a lot of water and if you feel tired go to bed, play games or something, AVOID ANY romantic stuff, anything related to relationships, you can isolate yourself for a few days, try reading something if you can, i prefer medical stuff because medical books calm me down every time, don't read anything romantic, same as movies and such, read science related stuff... and feel sad, don't keep anything in, cry if you must, feel empty, depressed, in despair even, blame everyone and everything, don't hold back1
