What happens if you move too fast in a relationship?

  • If it is too fast this means one party is not agreeing with the advances and it will therefore lead to conflict.
If you are meaning fast compared to other couples then you might be alright as long as the partner agrees to the set speed

  • You get too attached too quickly , without really knowing that person. Then it's like a shock to your system when you find out they aren't the person you thought they were. Once you're attached to someone its not so easy to let go. So you end up staying in a relationship you're unhappy in... for far longer than you should

  • Well, you can either win in time or distance, not in energy spent. That's the first thing you learn about the laws of nature.

  • Usually, you'll do things you aren't ready for, and then regret it. You'll most definitely wreck, and break up. If you just learnt that you like each other, start by asking to hang out, not for a date. Maybe after 5 "hang outs", then call it a date. Then maybe allow displays of affection. You want to get to know each other for at least a month before being a couple. I'm telling this from experience
