My ex and I were together a few months. He said I was the most amazing thing he'd been part of other than his daughter. It ended after certain things had escalated and I asked him to slow down a little.

A week on he texts me saying I've been on his mind. That he wonders if I'm ok, what I'm doing etc. He apologised for how he acted and says he's still drawn to me. However - I know he's on a dating site very regularly.

Advice? Does he want me back?
