Randomly you pick up your gf/bf. phone your intentions were not in a snooping manor but to just play around, immediately your bf/gf says put my phone?

Down, nobody is going to use my phone but me. Is this normal behavior or are they hiding something?

  • It's a wrongful invasion of privacy, so it could be normal. They could also be hiding something.

  • i think its normal. depends how long theybe been in the relationship for, but when my girlfriend picks up my phone i always get a little bit irritated even though i have nothing to hide. i guess its now become an extension of ourselves nowadays, so people dont like other people touching them as much.

  • Nice try. You have no reason to use your partner's phone and nobody here believes that you were going to "just play around".

    • Thankyou for proving my point again your a pos prick.. you must really live a miserable. life that you have to talk to people like you do. Im single by choice i could have any man i wanted but im focussing on my career that includes 70% traveling and dont have the desire to do ldr. So once again i hate people like you.. you utterly disgust me. I will pray for. you tonight and that god may bring some humbleness to your black heart

    • "I could have any man I wanted"

I don't think you could even get a homeless man to look at you if you were rolling a wheelbarrow full of cheeseburgers down the street. "Any man" is a bit of a stretch.

  • It depends on the person. It's likely he knows there's something he doesn't want you to see. On the other hand, a lot of people see their phones as part of their identity, and are very protective. They could have nothing to hide, but the thought of someone having access to your every conversation, your inner most thoughts, and just your own deeper interests is scary.

  • They could be hiding something, but not necessarily. Would you let your boyfriend go through your purse? Probably not, unless it was to grab your keys for you or something. Are you hiding anything in there? Again, probably not.

    • Interesting, not the result I expected.

    • Told u lol a purse isn't really something that personal to most women, its just something that holds belongings that wr need on the go. And if were with someone we trust its not a big deal

  • I have nothing to hide, but I like my privacy even from my SO (when I had one :) If she'd ask to use my phone I'd have no problem, but I would not like it if she just randomly takes for whatever reason.
