  • Depends on the break up. It is different from relationship to relationship. In some circumstances, you need a long time to find yourself again. With other relationships you need less time. But I will say it's always a good thing to find yourself, cultivate yourself, and have a focus on yourself and your needs after you have finished a relationship.
    It's good to feel that you're as strong alone as you do when you're with someone.

    I would say a minimum of a month.
    But you're the one who really knows how long you need.
