If a you had been talking seriously for a while and it came up that he wasn't up for sex outside of marriage, how would you handle it? He has not had sex before and has refused every opportunity because of religious, or personal reasons like wanting a close family he didn't have growing up.

  • I have dated someone who wanted to wait and I thought I could handle that but it makes it difficult. It makes me feel like there is a physical barrier in the relationship so I would not be able to date someone again for those reasons. You also can't be sure that you will have a good, compatibility if you wait until you commit to someone which often causes problems in the future for married couples.
