He lights up when he sees me and always stops for conversation. I can tell he likes me. He told someone he is definitely going to ask me out and actually was going to but I wasn't alone. He still hasn't though. Should I bring it up to him? And why hasn't he asked me out?

  • If you really want to go out with him you could include him in some plans you and your friends have, be super flirty with him while everyone is out. That'll probably give him the courage to ask you.

    If you want to be really bold (which some guys don't know how to handle) you could ask him. It would get it out in the open but he may not know how to respond and he'll shut down.

    Or just ask him out yourself. Which ever one of those makes you feel most comfortable. Just don't hold back if you do really want something to happen.
