Should I just give up. I don’t think there’s anyone out there for me?

I consider myself to be an unconventional sort of person. Every time I’ve been in a relationship, I’ve necessilarily become a more domestic, conventional sort of person, since that was what was expected of me. But I was never happy.

Now I’m in my 30s, I haven’t dated in years. There don’t seem to be any man available who are OK with my lifestyle, who are smart, interesting, successful, independent, don’t want children and love travel, style, art, camping, rural living and nice food.

Should I just give up? I’m pretty sure this man doesn’t exist.

  • What is your lifestyle? That's very vague but you make it sound like many men wouldn't be OK with it. By give up do you mean alter your standards or give up on men altogether?
