I've been in relationship for about 2.5 years, yet I feel that I don't know many aspects about her thinking & desires.
What does it take to understand a girl?

  Well if she doesn't communicate her desires you are never going to know, so you won't be able to fullfill her desires. You are going to have to get her to tell you somehow, maybe ask her in a indirect way.
