How should a girl dress on the first date?

It depends on where you’re going or what you’re doing. But if anything... I would say it’s a safe default to wear a decent pair of jeans (not holes in the knees or fringed) and a nice top such as a blouse or cute dressy top.

Dress for the occasion, if your going to dinner then something like casual fancy would be nice. Sexy is like going to a club or bar, casual is for just a quick get together lunch hangout, sloppy is when you don't have a date or just before you go on the date.

It depends on where you’re going for the date. You dress for the occasion. You wouldn’t wear sweats to a nice restaurant (I hope) but you also wouldn’t dress in a sexy black dress for a walk in the park (unless you want to be mistaken for a hooker). But most first dates call for casual, I think.

Typically a first date will be casual, to a coffee shop or something. So every day clothing is best. But it depends on the situation. If you're going to a nice restaurant you should definitely dress for it
